Proposal for optimization of the distribution of supplies across the EU network based on historical, planned and forecasted parts usage
The SSC-CC Analyst team performs regular (weekly and monthly) analyses to optimize stock levels and stock distribution of parts within the EMEA network based on historical, planned and forecasted parts usage. When necessary or when desirable and economically feasible, parts may be redistributed within the network. This scenario provides insight in how the analyses are performed and how this leads to a part being redistribute from the Regional Warehouse at Schiphol (bonded warehouse facility) to the Regional Warehouse located at German Air Force air base Nörvenich (bonded warehouse facility).
